Bringing table tennis a.k.a “ping pong” back in style! Bored on a rainy Sunday? Check out SPiN NYC for some good ole’ ping pong.

SPiN New York is a unique 13,000 square foot table-tennis social club located off of Park Avenue in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The club sports up to 16 top-quality table-tennis courts on cushioned Olympic-competition flooring, including a stadium-like center court.

Hands down (no pun intended) one of the best activities to do on a rainy Sunday in New York City. I am not saying you will leave the yoga class “dry” (especially if you visit the hot yoga studio), but at least you will be shielded from the rain and leave the class feeling rejuvenated! It’s a great way to recharge from the weekend and start the week fresh.

Rain or shine, bowling is the perfect indoor activity. It is a great opportunity to show off the athletic skills you used to have, when you were younger, and probably lighter on your toes. Nearly all bowling lanes serve beer, and while that will most likely not help your game (unless your on a date , it will certainly help the fun factor.

• OR walk eight blocks down the hill on Bedford Park Blvd to the end (approximately 20 minutes). Turn left onto Kazimiroff Blvd and walk one block to Mosholu Gate entrance.
